Last week on our way up to Fern. Bch. we stopped at "Chowder Ted's" - north of Blount Is. & south of Ft. George. If you like FRESH fried shrimp, REAL crab in your crabcakes for unbelievably low prices, you might want to check this tiny place out. This is the kind of place you hope to find when on vacation!

That place is cool, but I found it a bit "sticky" meaning, I wish they kept it cleaner.  Good food, but cash only.

Sanddollar if it's still open. Heard they had a fire there round a month ago. Not sure of name but around Dames Point Bridge is a newer Marina with resturant and bar.

Singleton's on Ocean Avenue between the Coast Guard Base and the ferry.  Excellent seafood with a built-in fresh seafood market.
