Aloha--
For thirty years I berthed my sloop (and lived aboard for a time) in East Coast ports. Every year the hurricane threat roared up the coast and sent tremors up the spines of boat owners already paying huge insurance premiums--that is, those who could find a company to insure them.
Now, I know in February we are getting cabin fever and the blood surges when we think of our boats, but we think of Spring outfitting, not hurricanes. However, this may be the best time to give some thought, time and effort to creating more insurance than you can pay for: hurricane preparedness.
I've had a lot of experience in dealing with both threats--the storms and the insurance adjusters--so I offer every boat owner in this membership my novel "The Devil to Pay" as a free download when he/she buys my "Hurricane Handbook." Both books may be browsed at www.smashwords.com/books/view/40894
Simply return to the site after purchasing the handbook and leave a review with your name and email address and I'll gift the novel by return mail.
Mahalo for your consideration.
